Performance, Inferiority, Success, Failure

In order for employees to perform at their best,every company exerts the effort to conduct orientation and training's to enable incoming management trainees and employees to be aware of their duties and responsibilities.Furthermore, orientations for self improvement and enhancement will help the person perceive a thing or situation arising from the job.T

raining in the proper environment can make individuals very different from what they otherwise would have been.Differences among individuals due to training include differences in morality, in attitudes, ideals and in habits.

Performance vs feeling of inferiority.

These are some of the principles of human behavior. Inferiority is a state wherein man  feels  incomplete and unfulfilled.When inferiority feeling dominates ones feelings,one cannot perform or function effectively in his job. Moreover, he cannot do well for others as well.One must overcome feelings of inferiority to be highly efficient and functional in his job performance.On the other hand superiority and inferiority are mutual and highly supplemental principles.Superiority does not mean power over men, but each human is striving to be superior within himself and not necessarily in competition with other men. Superiority therefore mean "Superiority over oneself". It is the prime mover in life.It is a factor which drives one to do his best in his performance towards work.

Succeed vs fail.

Failures are often the ultimate cause that drives man or motivates them to reach for success. Failures help man to analyze his mistakes and what precautionary measures he will do to succeed in his next work or goal. Failures breed success as they say. Success factors determine whether a company succeeds or hits their target in a given industry, because this will be the basis wherein they will be able to identify competitive advantages against other companies.

Ability vs rivalry.

It is very important for every person or company to identify their strengths against others. Understanding and identifying their own strength or ability will enable one  to develop strategies and how to deal with them in order to have competitive advantage over industry rivals, or other people as well.

Proudness vs vandalism.

One's personality is considered effective when a person's behavior manifests successful adjustment to a given area of his environment.Proudness may exhibit the character or trait of a person wherein one has high morale of himself to do good and excel in all things.Vandalism, on the other hand is the intentional malicious destruction to damage the property of another.Moreover, destructive acts in the company will not be tolerated and will be given corresponding disciplinary action.
